Our team is committed to sourcing fresh ingredients and crafting unique cocktails to ensure your event stands out.
All our cocktails are prepared fresh on the day. We do not use pre made commercial options or over dilute our formulas.
Our bars and trailers are fitted with a unique tap system to allow us to service high quality cocktails straight from the tap.
Any tap can be used for cocktails, mocktails, wine, sparkling wine, wine and beers.
Florence
Mobile Trailer
The 1st florence the first of our firendly fleet.
Florence is a buttery peach colour with gold flecks, honeycomb accents, and a floral garland with lights. She is available with with or without the option of a canope.
Designed for flexibility, she can be wheeled directly inside your venue through a double door entrance.
To keep drinks flowing, Florence simply requires acess to a power source within 10 metres.

Fiona
Mobile Tap Bar
Fiona is a Mobile bar set up that can be used as a self- service wall for you guest to top up as themselves or from park of the back bar with bar staff servicing.
She will be use primarily for festivals and large scale events or venues with no access for Florence.
This makes a great Wine Wall where guests can top up their glass on the go, reducing the need for staff.

Gertrude
Mobile Truck
Gertrude is still in the making and will be ready 2027.
She will be use primarily for festivals and large scale events.
